This Blanket Master Agreement, hereafter known as “Agreement,” is effective as of TBD between the parties of Washington River Protection Solutions (WRPS) and (Enter Subcontractor Name) (“SUBCONTRACTOR”). These parties do hereby agree that all Work specified below, which is a portion of the goods and services to be provided by WRPS for the United States Department of Energy, shall be performed by the SUBCONTRACTOR in accordance with all the provisions of the Agreement.
