This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is by and between (the “Customer”) and CTERA Networks Ltd. ("CTERA"). Each of Customer and CTERA may be individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties”. This Agreement shall become effective the last date it is signed by both Parties (the “Effective Date”).
