General Terms and Conditions: Five Star Retreat, hereinafter called FSR and the customer hereinafter called Renter, named above, agree that the FSR Golf Carts are being rented according to the Terms and Conditions of this Rental Agreement as well as the specific responsibilities of the customer listed below. The undersigned Renter agrees that they have rented the equipment upon the express condition that it will, at all times, remain the property of FSR: that they have examined said item(s), found it to be in a good condition and will return it in as good a condition as when they received it; that any vehicle not functioning properly will be returned at once; and that prompt payment will be made of all charges accrued during this rental, including damages to said item(s). In the event the Renter fails to return, FSR may repossess the rental without notice to the Renter, and FSR is hereby released from all claims arising therefrom.
