WHEREAS, the number of properties that are demolished with FEMA funds may be fewer than the 12 addressed in the MOA and the 1st Amended MOA (1st AMOA) if property owners elect to repair the residences proposed for demolition, or if following the execution of the MOA or the 1st AMOA, alternatives to avoid demolition identified by the Consulting Parties as a result of this adverse effect consultation; such alternatives are determined by FEMA and the Parish to be feasible; and an alternative that avoids demolition is implemented by the Parish; and
