This MOU represents mutual commitment between HW! and the District to work together on behalf of students and their families and outlines both parties’ respective duties and undertakings to one another. In that regard, the District considers HW! and any other party HW! uses as its agent to perform its commitments herein to be “other school officials” within the meaning of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) (34 C.F.R. § 99.31(a)(1)).
