This is Mobee Option Vaults Product Agreement (the “Agreement”, as amended, supplemented or modified from time to time) between you (the “Client” or “you”) and PT CTXG Indonesia Berkarya, a company registered in Indonesia (“Mobee”, “Company”, “we” or “us”) (Mobee together with you, the “Parties'' and each a “Party”). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which you invest in the Option Vaults Product (the “Option Vaults Product” or “Product”) from Mobee Platform.
