These Software Subscription Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to an Order that incorporates these terms and conditions entered into between Computer Aid, Inc. and its affiliates (“We,” “Us,” “Our”) and the entity subscribing to the Hosted Service identified on the Order (“You,” “Your”).
