This Agreement is entered into 1 July 2003, by and between the Elk Rapids Schools, hereinafter referred to as the “Board” and the Elk Rapids Educational Support Personnel MEA, hereinafter referred to as the “Union”. The Agreement shall be effective from 1 July 2007 and continue in full force and effect through 30 June 2010.
