This EVALUATION AGREEMENT (“Agreement” ) is entered into between Alcatel-Lucent USA Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Alcatel-Lucent”), and Holland Board of Public Works (“Company”) (each a “party” and collectively, the “parties”). This Agreement will be effective on the date signed by an authorized representative of Alcatel-Lucent (the “Effective Date”).
