This Subscription Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between eScribe Software Ltd. (“eScribe”) and City of Fairfield (“Customer”) (each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”). This Agreement, together with any appendices referenced and attached, govern the Customer’s subscription to the eScribe product and is effective as of the last date of signature below (“Effective Date”).
