Under an agreement with the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), researchers from member institutions subscribing through the EISZ have the opportunity to publish in an open access manner. The agreement applies to IEEE hybrid and gold open access journals, copyrighted by Creative Commons CC-BY and CC-BY-NC. Researchers are exempt from paying publication costs (APC).
