In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (hereinafter referred to as "NASA") and Sierra Space Corporation located at 500 Eldorado Blvd, Broomfield, CO 80021 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "Sierra Space"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
