This Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective December 20, 2017 (the “Effective Date”), between Airbus DS Communications, Inc. (“ADSC”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of California, with offices at 42505 Rio Nedo, Temecula, CA 92590 and Frontier Communications of the South, LLC (“Frontier”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Alabama with offices at 401 Merritt 7, Norwalk, CT 06851 (Frontier and ADSC may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
