This First Amended EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT, hereinafter this “Agreement,” is made between the Gold Trail Union School District, by and through the District’s Board of Trustees, hereinafter “District,” and Kerith Phillips, hereinafter “Superintendent.” This Agreement supersedes any and all other agreements, oral or written, between the parties as of the date of the commencement of the term of this Contract.
