This software end user license agreement (“License”) covers software Products purchased by Buyer pursuant to an applicable Mirion Medical purchase agreement or quotation to which this License is attached or incorporated by reference in, or in which this License is referred to. Any capitalized terms used by not defined herein shall have the same meanings as ascribed to them under the applicable purchase agreement. Any breach of the license terms below by Buyer shall be considered a material breach of the applicable purchase agreement.
