Community College ofPhiladelphia (CCP) and Kutztown University ofPennsylvania (KU) enter into this Dual Admissions and Core-to-Core Transfer Agreement ("Agreement") to facilitate the transfer ofCCP students to KU. This Agreement applies to students who enter KU as full-time or part-time undergraduate students.
