By submitting an Amex Rewards Checking Account Application or an application to be added to an Account as an additional named owner, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this document and its attachments as well as all other disclosures, agreements, and amendments we may provide you regarding your Account and related services (these “Account Terms”).
