This confidentiality agreement (“Confidentiality Agreement”) is entered into by and between Pacific Gas and Electric Company, a California corporation, (“PG&E”) and Participant as indicated on its selected offer, each of which may be referred to herein separately as a “Party” or together as the “Parties” and is entered into and dated as of the date of Participant’s notification to PG&E accepting its selected status (“Execution Date”).
