This DPA is an agreement between you and the entity you represent (hereinafter referred to as ”Customer” ,”you” or ”your”) and 1NCE GmbH, Sternengasse 14-16, 50676 Cologne, Germany, Local Court of Cologne, HRB 92529 (hereinafter referred to as ”1NCE”).
