(“Customer”) undertakes that it shall not disclose to any person any information concerning the planned launch of HiFiBerry DAC+ light/ HiFiBerry DAC+ Pro including but not limited to proposed launch date, existence of the product design, specifications, pricing, promotional activities and stock levels until after the launch date. The launch date will be communicated by HiFiBerry Germany GmbH in writing.
