This Agreement is made under section 27 of Housing Act 1985 (as substituted by article 2 of the Regulatory Reform (Housing Management Agreements) Order 2003 and the Housing (Right to Manage) Regulations 1994, the Council appoints the TMO as its Agent to carry out certain housing management functions in relation to the Property listed in Schedule 1 to Chapter 1.
