The undersigned towing and wrecker service hereby submits the following bid to tow vehicles in the Town of Springdale for arrest situations, parking violations, abandonment, traffic collisions and any other violation requiring towing services. The bid shall be valid up to two years from the acceptance date. The towing fee will be collected from the owner of the vehicle by the towing and wrecker service.
