This contract made and entered into this day of August 2024, by and between the East Baton Rouge Parish School Board (hereinafter called the “Board”), a political subdivision of the State of Louisiana, located in East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana, and hereinafter represented by its President, Carla Powell, duly authorized to act herein by action of the Board found in the official minutes of the Board’s meetings of July 24, 2024 and August 15, 2024, and Adam S. Smith (hereinafter “Deputy Superintendent”), a major resident of the State of Louisiana.
