Towering Buffs 1st Addition is being developed by Greg Jablonske of Hastings LLC. This addition will consist of 21 lots and is zoned “PUD” Planned Unit Development. The engineer on the project is James R. Hill Inc. At the last City Council meeting, the first reading of the rezoning ordinance was approved with the second reading on the consent agenda for the August 15th meeting. The Final Plat and PUD Agreement was also approved and is ready for signatures by the developer.
