FOR GOOD, VALUABLE, AND SUFFICIENT CONSIDERATION, including but not limited to being permitted to enroll in programs of, use equipment or goods, and be at premises relating to the sport of baseball, I hereby enter into this Agreement to release and discharge from liability Complete Game Training Academy, LLC, Complete Game Baseball, LLC and its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, participants, landlords, and all other persons or entities acting by or for them (herein after collectively referred to as "Releasees"), not only on behalf of myself but also, as applicable, my spouse, children, parents, heirs, successors, assigns, personal representative, and estate, and further agree to the following:1. RISKS: I acknowledge that the sport of baseball, the use of related training or other equipment or premises, being at or around where the sport of baseball is undertaken, and related activities (“activities”) involves known and unanticipated risks which could result in
