Pis Investor Agreement together with the Application Form (the ‘‘Agreement’’) will constitute a binding agreement between the Investor and the Manager once the Investor has returned a valid and signed Application Form to the Custodian, cleared funds have been received from the Investor, any client due diligence has been completed to Puma Investments’ and the Custodian’s satisfaction and Puma Investments has notified the Investor that his/her application has been accepted.
