Client’s use of the Software and access to the trial environment is subject to the terms and conditions set forth below, so Customer should take the time to fully understand how these terms and conditions. CUSTOMER’S RIGHT TO USE THE SOFTWARE AND TRIAL ENVIRONMENT IS EXPRESSLY CONDITIONED ON ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS.
