This Vermont Student Data Privacy Agreement ("DPA") is entered into by and between the Mount Mansfield Unified Union School District(MMUUSD) (hereinafter referred to as “LEA”) and McGraw Hill LLC (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”) on January 26, 2021. The Parties agree to the terms as stated herein.
