This Writer Services Agreement is part of the Writer Contract (defined below) between the Writer and WittyPen Media Services Private Limited, Office C-109, Nyati Millennium, Viman Nagar, Pune 411014, owner of the domain name and the website www.wittypen.com (‘Site’), effective upon Writer’s acceptance of a Job on the Site. This Services Agreement incorporates all terms, conditions, rules, policies, and guidelines on the Site, including the WittyPen ‘Terms of Use’. The terms not defined in this agreement shall bear the same meaning as defined in the WittyPen Terms of Use.
