21st Century Technologies, Inc., a Colorado corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Company", designs and builds custom Management Information Systems (MIS), writes custom software computer programs, and performs Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Internet Marketing services. In the furtherance of that business the Company has clients and prospective clients, collectively and hereinafter referred to as "Clients". Clients also refers to affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, or departments of a Client company. Company’s Clients may require certain computer services. It is agreed and acknowledged that such Clients are a valuable asset of the Company.
