On the date hereof (the “Launch Date”), the Anaheim Housing and Public Improvements Authority (the “Authority”) and the City of Anaheim (the “City”) are releasing an Invitation to Tender Bonds, dated , 2024 (including the appendices thereto, and as it may be amended or supplemented, the “Invitation”), the form of which is attached hereto as Annex A, whereby the Authority will offer to beneficial owners (the “holders”) of certain of its outstanding obligations, as more fully described in the Invitation (collectively, the “Target Bonds”) to purchase for cash the Target Bonds, all upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the Invitation.
