These Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”) are made and entered into by and between VariSoft Technologies Inc. d/b/a Vieo Solutions, a Georgia corporation (“Vieo Solutions”), and the Customer, as identified in the applicable Statement of Work (“Statement of Work”). These Terms may refer to Vieo Solutions or the Customer as a “Party,” or collectively as the “Parties.” These Terms become binding on the Parties as of the Effective Date stated in the Statement of Work.
