SUPERINTENDENT'S CONTRACTSuperintendent's Contract • February 8th, 2017
The Board of School Trustees shall endeavor to secure the dignity of the position of the Superintendent of Schools and the freedom of leadership appropriate to the responsibilities of the Superintendent through an explicit contractual agreement. Such contract shall meet the requirements of Indiana Law and shall protect the rights both of the Board and the Superintendent.
