This EULA is a legal agreement between yourself (the Licensee) and Pole Position Production, the Licensor. In this Agreement, the party who is granting the right to use the licensed media will be referred to as “Licensor” or “Pole Position Production”, and the party who is receiving the right to use the licensed media will be referred to as “Licensee”. Before placing an order on our website, you will be asked to agree to these Terms. If you refuse to accept these Terms, you will not be able to order any of our sound libraries.
