SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED LEASE SCHEDULE NO. 2000 TO THELease Schedule • March 11th, 2011
(the "Second Amended and Restated Lease Schedule") hereby amends and restates in its entirety Lease Schedule No. 2000, dated as of February 15, 2000, as amended and restated by Amended and Restated Lease Schedule No. 2000, dated as of July 15, 2011, between the Corporation and the Board (collectively the "Prior Lease Schedule") to the Master Lease- Purchase Agreement, dated as of September 1, 1990, between the Corporation and the Board, as heretofore amended and supplemented (the "Master Lease Agreement"). The Master Lease Agreement, together with this Second Amended and Restated Lease Schedule No. 2000 are herein collectively referred to as the "Lease Agreement".
