This Class Action and PAGA Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between plaintiffs Carmen Guillen Garcia, Angela Lopez Rodriguez, and Beatriz Grijalva (collectively “Plaintiffs”) and defendants American Licorice Company (“the Company”) and John Nelson (together, “Defendants”). The Agreement refers to Plaintiffs and Defendants collectively as “Parties,” or individually as “Party.”
