(“Shoreline”) and the customer named on the attached Order Form (“Customer”), and together with the Order Form into which this EULA is incorporated (collectively, the “Agreement”), governs Customer’s use of the platform described below. Each of Shoreline and Customer are referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
