This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Fort Bend County, Texas (“County”), a political subdivision of the state of Texas, and HINESAD LLC d/b/a Hines Architecture + Design (“Contractor”), a corporation duly authorized to conduct business in the state of Texas. County and Contractor may be referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
