These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form part of the Vendor Agreement (“Vendor Agreement”) entered into between the washNcares private limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 having its registered office at Buddha Colony,Patna, Bihar, India ("Company") and you, the Vendor ("Vendor"). The Terms are incorporated in the Vendor Agreement by way of reference and constitutes part of the binding Vendor Agreement executed between the Company and the Vendor.
