This Access Agreement and Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) is between the entity set out on the invoice (the “Customer”) and Sona Systems, Ltd. (the “Company”). The Agreement governs access to the software and services provided by the Company, including the Company’s software. The time period during which Customer is granted access is set out on the invoice. The Effective Date of this Agreement is the date set out on Customer’s invoice (“Effective Date”).
