This License and Service Agreement, along with the Order Form and all other documents referenced herein are entered into by and between Coastal Training Technologies Corporation, (hereinafter referred to as “DSS” or “dss+”), and the Client as detailed on the attached Order Form, (“Client”) and is effective as of the Effective Date indicated on the Order Form, (“Effective Date”), (“Agreement”). The Agreement governs access to and the use of the Services, as defined below. Your access to and use of the Services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with this Agreement. These terms apply to all users who access or use the Services. By providing an electronic signature below you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization or entity, then you are agreeing to this Agreement on behalf of that Client and you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind the Client to the terms of this Agreement.
