legal entity you represent (“you”, “your” and “yours”) and DataMacaw LLC (“DataMacaw”) for the use of the DataMacaw Scarlet Platform (the “Software”). By downloading, installing, deploying, executing, using or accessing the Software, you (a) acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and (b) represent that you have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement on your own behalf or, if applicable, on behalf of the legal entity you represent. If you do not agree with all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement or do not have such authority, do not download, install, deploy, execute, use or access the Software.
