This Continuing Disclosure Agreement (the “Disclosure Agreement”) is executed and delivered by the City of Colonial Heights, Virginia (the “City”), in connection with the issuance by the Riverside Regional Jail Authority (the “Authority”) of its $ Jail Facility Refunding Revenue Bonds, Series 2013 (the “Bonds”).
