COOPERATIVE PURCHASING MASTER AGREEMENTParticipating Addendum • November 15th, 2024
This Participating Addendum for the above referenced Master Agreement (“Participating Addendum”) is made and entered into by and between the State of Washington acting by and through the Department of Enterprise Services, a Washington State governmental agency (“Enterprise Services”) and NetApp U.S. Public Sector, Inc., a California Profit Corporation (“Contractor”) and is dated and effective as of February 01, 2024, or the date of last signature, whichever is later. This Participating Addendum shall terminate upon the expiration or the termination of the Master Agreement, as amended, unless the Participating Addendum is terminated sooner in accordance with the terms set forth herein.
