FIELD AND DISBURSEMENT OF GRANT FUNDS (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the date of the last Party to sign (the “Effective Date”), between SWEETWATER MISSION, INC., a 501(c)(3) Non-profit Charitable Organization (“SWM”), and COBB COUNTY, GEORGIA, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia (“County”). The parties hereto are sometimes referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties”.
