The undersigned (hereinafter referred to as the “Exhibitor”) hereby applies for reservation of booth space in the Exhibition sponsored by the International Franchise Association (hereinafter referred to as the “Association”) to be held at the Mandalay Bay (hereinafter referred to as the “Convention Center”) for the exhibition of the products or services designated and for no other purpose, subject to the conditions, rules, regulations and requirements hereinafter set forth.
