This AMENDED AND RESTATED CRUDE OIL GATHERING AND STORAGE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of October 25, 2021, but effective for all purposes as of October 5, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), is by and among OASIS PETROLEUM NORTH AMERICA LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Producer”), OASIS PETROLEUM MARKETING LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Shipper”), and OMP OPERATING LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Gatherer”), and amends and restates that certain Crude Oil Gathering and Storage Agreement, dated as of the Effective Date, by and among Producer, Shipper and Gatherer (the “Original Agreement”), in its entirety to be effective for all purposes as of the Effective Date as provided herein. Producer, Shipper and Gatherer may be referred to herein, each individually, as a “Party” or, collectively, as the “Parties”.

This Crude Oil Gathering and Storage Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated as of October __, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), is by and among OASIS PETROLEUM NORTH AMERICA LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Producer”), OASIS PETROLEUM MARKETING LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Shipper”), and OMP OPERATING LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Gatherer”). Producer, Shipper and Gatherer may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties”.
