THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU), is made and entered into by and between the County of Merced, a political subdivision of the State of California, (hereinafter referred to as "County") on behalf of Human Services Agency (“HSA"), and Santa Cruz-Monterey-Merced Managed Medical Care Commission, a public entity, doing business as Central California Alliance for Health, located at 530 West 16th Street, Suite B, Merced, CA 95340 (hereinafter referred to as “Alliance”).
