This Contract Amendment (“Amendment”) to the Information Technology Research and Advisory Services Contract No. 81141902-VITA-18-ACS (“ACS”) is made by and between the State of Florida, Department of Management Services (“Department”) and Gartner, Inc. (“Contractor”), collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.” All capitalized terms used herein have the meaning assigned to them in the ACS, unless otherwise defined herein.
