This Amendment No. 3 (“Amendment”) serves to amend the Building Envelope Services Agreement, effective January 11, 2016, between The Texas A&M University System (“System”) and Terracon Consultants (“PROVIDER”), and is effective July 30, 2020 (“Amendment Effective Date”). System and PROVIDER agree to amend the agreement as follows:
